Role Overview:
As a Business Development and Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Orange’s global presence and influence. Your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities, driving user growth, and enhancing our product offerings. You will navigate the dynamic landscape of cryptocurrency, forging strategic partnerships and driving initiatives that align with our vision of decentralized finance for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to promote Orange’s products and services globally.
- Develop and execute strategies for traffic growth in key APAC markets, leveraging various channels, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Foster relationships with exchanges and ecosystem partners to ensure compliance and competitive edge.
- Analyze market trends and user data to inform product development, marketing strategies, and operational improvements.
- Set clear goals, budgets, and KPIs to measure success.
- Represent Orange at industry events, conferences, and forums, enhancing brand visibility and thought leadership.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the cryptocurrency sector.
- Strong analytical skills, with a knack for identifying trends, opportunities, and solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a track record of successful partner onboarding and management.
- Passionate about cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the DeFi ecosystem.
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Ability to thrive under pressure, embracing challenges and change with a positive, team-focused attitude.
